VONT QUALITY AND STANDARDS

At Vont, we are committed to providing quality products. Hence, we design and develop our products with compliance in mind, testing throughout the product development life-cycle.

All Vont products comply with applicable European Union standards and Tobacco Product Directive (TPD), and have been successfully notified with local Government Authorities.

VONT DEVICE Hardware STANDARDS

BATTERY STANDARDS

The Battery contained within the Vont Device is tested for safety, quality, reliability and durability. Battery quality assurance and conformance testing are in adherence with international standards.

ELECTRICAL & ElECTRONIC TESTING STANDARDS

The Vont Device has been tested and assessed to meet Electrical & Electronic safety, health and environmental protection requirements. 

CONFORmANCE to HARDWARE STANDARDS

The Vont Device is in conformance with European Union’s CE requirements.

The Vont Device is in conformance with European Union’s RoHS requirements.

E-LIQUID INGREDIENT QUALITY

Vont E-Liquid is manufactured in a state of the art ISO / GMP production facility. The E-Liquid is EUTPD-compliant and notified with local Government Authorities.

E-Liquid production process conforms to ISO 9001 quality standard. This QA framework ensures product development, production, testing, and laboratory operations adhere to the highest possible levels of Consistency, Reliability, Accuracy and Precision.

Strict policies are used to evaluate safety of materials/chemicals used and the amount of each chemical allowed in E-Liquid.

Toxicological analysis is routinely performed to ensure that products are TPD compliant, safe for human consumption.

VAPOR AND FLAVOR TESTING

In-house testing is performed to ensure vapor produced meets industry standards. Temperature regulation testing is also performed to ensure E-liquid heats to a vaporization guidelines.

The Vont product is routinely tested by qualified users for consistent and quality flavor taste.
