We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed by our warehouse on the day (or the following business day if ordered after 14:30pm). All orders are sent via Evri.

Your order should arrive within 1-3 days after shipping. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. A tracking number will be provided to you via email upon Shipment.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products, provided they are unused. This also applies to pods, if they are returned to us unopened and in the condition in which they were purchased.

You can return packages easily to a Evri agent. Once we have received your items, you will be refunded to your account within a few working days.

You cannot return a Vont unit to the retailer from whom it was purchased, you must always return it to us.

In case of return and refund of a Vont device, please always include a valid receipt.
