Delivery

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed by our warehouse on the day (or the following business day if ordered after 14:30pm). All orders are sent via Evri.

Your order should arrive within 1-3 days after shipping. Orders are not shipped during weekends or holidays. A tracking number will be provided to you via email upon Shipment.

Your package will be delivered to your mailbox on the first attempt. If this is not possible, it will left in a nominated safe place – Please use the EVRI App to manage this.

Additionally, please note that delivery times may be longer than normal during product promotions.

Please note that the estimated delivery time (1-3 days) is an estimation and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of Evri or Vont.

Returns

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our products, provided they are unused. This also applies to pods, if they are returned to us unopened and in the condition in which they were purchased.

Please note that if you return products that are not valid for return, they will be shipped back to you only at your request and upon advance payment. If in doubt, please contact us before returning any items.

Where did you buy your Vont?

If you made your purchase on govont.com, please contact our customer service on +44 1664 491717 or [email protected] to handle the return of your Vont device.

You can return packages easily to a Evri agent. Once we have received your items, you will be refunded to your account within a few working days.

Retailers

Please contact our customer service on +44 1664 491717 or [email protected] to arrange for the return of your Vont device, a return shipping note will be sent to you.

You cannot return a Vont unit to the retailer from whom it was purchased, you must always return it to us.

In case of return and refund of a Vont device, please always include a valid receipt.

In order to be processed for return, your Vont device must be registered on vont.co.
