How long does a pod last?

Each pod has sufficient e-liquid to last for about ~200 puffs. How quickly or slowly you finish each pod is entirely based on your everyday smoking habits and the amount of vapor you inhale with each puff.

What makes us different from traditional cigarettes?

Vont provides you with a simulated smoking experience without the ashes or persistent odour associated with traditional cigarettes. There are two main components: the rechargeable device (battery) and the container (pod) for our flavoured liquids. Inhaling through the pod mouthpiece activates the rechargeable device. This process will heat the e-liquid inside the pod and convert it into a vapour. You then inhale and exhale this vapour.

Are rechargeable Vont devices compatible with other electronic cigarette brands?

No. Using Vont devices with other brands may cause malfunctions and void the warranty.

What makes Vont superior to other electronic cigarettes? 

Our e-liquids are produced in the UK with local and imported ingredients. A list of ingredients and levels of nicotine can be found on the back of any Vont product packaging that includes Vont e-liquid.

In addition, Vont maintains strict quality control standards; we employ an independent party to conduct quality control inspections of our production. 

Where are Vonts products produced?

Our products, including packages, batteries, and chargers, are made in China.
The e-liquid is made in the UK.
The materials are approved for consumer use and are safe to human contact/use.

Can I refill my pod?

No. Our pods are for single use only.

Do our pods contain propylene glycol?

Yes. Propylene glycol, when combined with glycerine, enhances flavouring. Propylene glycol is commonly used in electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) as a base medium and for blending flavour ingredients. When combined with glycerin, it also increases flavour delivery and aerosol density and improves the overall product quality and experience..

How do I know when my pod is empty?

When your pod produces less steam, stops producing steam completely or gives off a taste.

How nicotine salt works?

Nicotine salts are more easily and quickly absorbed in your body compared to inhalation of regular free base nicotine liquid.

They are more easily absorbed into the lungs and provide an immediate sensation when inhaled.

Can I use any other type of charger or cable to recharge vont?

Your Vont product comes with a USB cable to be used with a USB-compatible device (such as a computer).

It is not recommended to use any other third-party charger or charging cable as we cannot ensure the voltage and performance of products from other companies. If you decide to use a third-party product, we cannot ensure performance or be held responsible for any problems you may experience with your product.

Furthermore, the use of non-Vont charging devices may void your warranty.

How to dispose of my Vont device/battery?

Comply with local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding the disposal of your products.

How do I charge my Model one Device?

Our Model one Device comes with a Micro USB Charger.

To ensure the optimal performance when using your product for the first time, it is recommended that you fully charge your product before use.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Insert your supplied USB cable into a compatible docking station
  2. Insert your Micro USB cable into your product.
  3. The battery indicator on your product displays the battery level with three colours.
  4. Red (0-20%) Blue (20-80%) White (80-100%).
  5. Your device is fully charged after about 45 minutes from battery level (0%).

How long can I use my Model one Device before I need to recharge it?

When fully charged, our model one device should run for about 8 hours, depending on individual use.

A majority of recent studies reporting on the short-term effects of e-cigarette consumption conclude that e-cigarettes are significantly less harmful than traditional cigarettes. What is nicotine salt?

Nicotine salts is a recent innovation within e-liquid science which aims to deliver a higher nicotine content with a smoother inhale compared to standard freebase nicotine.

Not only do nicotine salts enhance the user’s vaping experience, they also help to quit smoking.

Nicotine salts are naturally found in several plant varieties. It is primarily concentrated in the leaves of the iconic tobacco plant. The term salt refers to common table salt, in addition it explains the chemical process of mixing an acid with a base (alkali). Thus, nicotine salts are created by mixing specific acids with basic nicotine.

What if my transaction fails?

Although this is extremely unusual, please reload the page and try to make a new payment; in any event, if your account is accidentally debited twice, please contact us and we will refund the double order via your initial payment method. If the transaction problem remains, please contact us with failure message details.

Does Vont collect and store payment information?

We do not collect or store any of your payment data. Payment is handled directly by a third-party payment service provider, which means we do not have access to your personal payment details.


When do you ship orders?

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed by our warehouse on the following business day. It will be packed and sent by PostNord Varubrev

Your order should arrive within 1-3 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. A tracking number will be provided to you via email upon delivery. Your order is normally delivered within 1-2 days after being handled at PostNord terminals.

If possible, your package will be delivered to your mailbox. If this is not possible, it will be forwarded to your nearest local post office and you will be notified by text message to your telephone number.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

For the rest of Europe, your order may be subject to customs or duty charges depending on your location. However, as these charges differ from country to country, we cannot provide information on these charges. We recommend you to contact your local customs office before ordering so that you are fully aware of the expected customs / duty charges.

By law, all goods must be declared at their full price and we cannot alter the amount to reduce customs duties.

Can I return my items?

In case you wish to return your purchase, you may still be held responsible for the shipping cost of returning your package. Unfortunately, we can only refund the value of your order minus any additional fees charged for returning your order. If you refuse delivery, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to your order in transit back to us.

Is it possible to redirect my order to another address when my order has already been shipped??

We can only deliver your order to the original address specified in the order information.

Can I change my delivery address once the order has been sent?

The shipping address can only be changed before you place your order.

What if the product I receive does not match my order or if my package gets lost?

Please contact our customer service. We may ask you to provide pictures or videos when contacting customer service in order for us to understand your problem and help you solve it as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

You can contact our customer service to arrange the cancellation before we have shipped your order. Once the order has been sent, it cannot be cancelled.

How to use my order tracking number?

Please check your email and text messages in your inbox for any tracking number, which is usually sent to you within 24-48 hours after your order confirmation.

If there is no tracking information displayed on your tracking number, it may be because of the following reasons:

  1. The carrier has not yet received your package
  2. The carrier has not submitted your tracking information.

Usually, each carrier will need some time to process your order information before the tracking information is updated. If you cannot find your order, please contact the carrier for further information.


My Vont device is defective. How do I fix it?

Please contact our customer service and provide pictures/videos to explain your issue. Our customer service aims to resolve your problem within 24 hours.

What if the received item is damaged?

First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. If you wish to replace your product, we recommend that you:

  1. Provide explicit pictures or videos that can fully prove the damage of the product.
  2. Send an email to our customer service and include your order number, description of the issue, pictures or videos.

Our customer support team will review the issue and provide you with a solution within 24 hours.
